In the end of March 2023, the third international training of ENEU project took place in Nicosia and was organised by Synthesis. The focus was on how to develop new strategies and motivational pathways for migrants, in order to foster their social and professional inclusion.
During the 2-days training, international participants from Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Norway, and Austria worked together to identify individual needs and build a persona approach, enhancing the uniqueness of each migrant and strengthening his/her individual skills.
The training in Cyprus was an important opportunity for discussion and co-planning between the participants of the five countries of the project, and sharing ideas and reflections with the migrant community too. In 2024, the last international training will take place in Oslo, Norway.
